At least one year experience of Customer Services
– Serve as the first point of contact for all customers (including walk-in customers) visiting the branch with a welcoming and professional attitude.
– Understand customer queries and escort the same to the relevant branch staff.
– Promote highest level of customer service.
– Ensure that the services offered to the customers are reflective of the Bank’s standards.
– Resolve ‘Account Balance’ enquiries of the branch customers.
– Identify potential cross-selling opportunities to existing customer portfolios and pitch the product accordingly.
– Have firm knowledge of Islamic Banking FAQs & removing knowledge gaps of customers related to Islamic Banking.
