PESCO jobs for Revenue Officers and Jr Engineers are with open merit and provincial quota from all Pakistan. Other 3511+ posts for Assistant Line Man, Bill Distributor, Meter Reader etc are specific to PESCO administered districts which includes Bannu, Hazara, Khyber, Mardan, Swabi, Swat and Peshawar circles and only candidates from these districts are eligible to apply.
