Eligibility Criteria and Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- BSc/BE in Mechanical or Metallurgy or related disciplines.
- MBA in Marketing is also required.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 10 years of experience as Head of Sales & Marketing in an engineering setup.
- Proven track record in Business Development and Marketing of Steel/Engineering Products in public and private sectors.
- Experience in industries such as Defense, Sugar, Cement, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, and Chemicals.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum 50 years.
