A progressive public sector organization has announced one-year (three-semesters) Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Nuclear Power Plant Technology for diploma holders and science graduates. The training will be held at Karachi Institute of Power Engineering (KINPOE) and Chasnupp Centre of Nuclear Training (CHASCENT), Mianwali, starting in September 2025. The selection process will be based on a merit list derived from written test performance and interviews.
The program offers comprehensive training, along with a stipend of Rs. 17,500 per month, free accommodation for outstation trainees, and free indoor medical facilities. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to secure permanent employment with the organization on a regular basis under the CPF scheme.

Eligibility Criteria
1. For Diploma Holders:
- Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in the following fields:
- Chemical
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Civil
- Computer
- HVAC
- Metallurgy
- Instrumentation & Control
- Recognized by the Board of Technical Education with a minimum first division in both Matric/SSC and DAE (minimum 60% marks).
2. For Science Graduates:
- Two-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree/Associate Degree in Science (ADS) with Physics or Chemistry and Math as compulsory subjects.
- At least 60% marks in SSC (Pre-Engineering) and B.Sc..
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as of January 14, 2025. Candidates born before January 14, 2000, are not eligible.
Candidates awaiting their final results can apply, but they must secure a first division before September 1, 2025, to be eligible for joining.
Career Opportunities After Completion of the Course
Successful trainees may be appointed at Pakistan’s Tech-I/SA-I level in SPS-4, with a starting salary of Rs. 31,320 – 39,220, plus regular increments and allowances under the CPF Scheme.
