Available Posts and Details
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: Must have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years in a senior management role in finance or accounts within a public or private sector organization. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is preferred. Education: Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized institution. Membership in a professional accountancy body is advantageous. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
2. Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years in a senior IT management position in a large public or private sector organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master’s degree may be an added advantage. Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
3. Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRMO)
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: Must have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a large public or private sector organization. Education: Master’s degree specializing in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized institution. Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
4. Financial Specialist in PPP Node
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: At least 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 3 years in a senior position related to PPP Nodes in public or private sector organizations. Education: Master’s degree in Economics or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution. Membership in a professional accountancy body is an advantage. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
5. Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: Must have at least 12 years of relevant experience, with 3 years serving as Chief Strategy Officer or Business Developer in a large organization. Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
6. Legal Specialist in PPP Node
Eligibility Criteria and Requirements: Must have at least 12 years of professional experience, with 3 years as a Legal Specialist. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid Bar Council membership. Education: Master’s in Law (LL.M), Bar-at-Law, or Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from an HEC-recognized institution. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
