Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
For the Director (Corporate & Commercial) role, candidates must have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in managerial-level legal practice. The role requires expertise in employment matters, contracts, privacy, and data protection laws. Candidates should be capable of handling complex legal matters, reviewing contracts, managing negotiations, and providing legal guidance on organizational projects.
For the Director (Policy & Compliance) position, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in legal or policy roles, including leadership roles. The candidate should possess knowledge of registration policies, data protection regulations, and drafting laws. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills are necessary.
Education
Candidates must hold a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Corporate or Commercial Law, Public Policy, Data Protection, or Regulatory Laws. Certifications in Data Protection or Privacy Law (e.g., CIPP) will be an added advantage.

The maximum age limit for both positions is 55 years. Age relaxation of five years is already included as per government rules.
