Chief Internal Auditor / Divisional Head, Audit and Inspection Division
At least 15 years of finance experience, including at least five years of aggregate audit experience in banks or financial institutions. Hands-on experience developing and implementing an internal audit framework and strategy in large organizations, preferably public sector institutions. Strong computer, presentation, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division
Minimum eight years of management experience and minimum 10 years of exclusive experience, preferably in banks or DFIs. The advertisement also requires overall 13 years of management-level experience, including establishing and running an IT setup in a bank or DFI. Proven networking and business development skills, with knowledge of enterprise technology governance, risk management, core banking systems, digital banking channels, network security, disaster recovery, and project management.
Divisional Head, Islamic Banking Division
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in banks, including at least five years as Head or Deputy Head of Islamic Banking operations. Hands-on experience developing and implementing an Islamic banking framework and strategy in large organizations, preferably public sector institutions. Knowledge of Shariah principles, Islamic banking products, investment risk, compliance, and the regulatory framework, supported by strong leadership and communication skills.
