Anti Narcotics Force ANF Jobs 2026 for Special Prosecutor Posts

The Anti Narcotics Force Regional Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, has invited applications for appointment as Special Prosecutor on a contract basis. The role involves contesting ANF cases, including narcotics, assets, financial investigation and anti-money laundering matters, before the relevant courts in Peshawar. Applicants must be practicing High Court advocates with relevant criminal litigation experience and membership of a Bar Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Candidates must also be Pakistani citizens residing or settled in Peshawar and meet the advertised conduct requirements. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be practicing advocates of the High Court.
• Experience contesting criminal cases is required, particularly narcotics and assets/money laundering cases before trial courts, Anti-Smuggling Court, High Court and appellate courts.
• Candidates must belong to a Bar Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Applicants must be Pakistani citizens residing or settled in Peshawar.
• Candidates must have no political affiliations and must not be involved in misconduct or a criminal case.
• Applicants must not have been dismissed from government service or declared insolvent.
• During the ANF contract, selected candidates cannot appear as defence counsel in narcotics-related cases of any law enforcement agency.

Salary

• The monthly retainership fee is negotiable up to Rs. 110,000, inclusive of taxes.
• An annual increase of up to 10% may be granted depending on performance, as stated in the advertisement.

Selection Process

1. Interviews will be conducted at the Regional Directorate ANF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
