Ayub Medical College Jobs 2026 for 44 Faculty, Chairperson, Security and Pre-Auditor Posts

Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, has announced 44 vacancies for clinical and basic sciences faculty, departmental chairpersons, security management and a Pre-Auditor. The positions are offered on a contract basis under the Medical Teaching Institution framework. Salary

• Shortlisting will be based on educational qualifications and relevant experience under the approved criteria.

How to Apply

1. For chairperson, faculty and security positions, obtain the prescribed application form through the official Ayub Medical College or Ayub Teaching Hospital application resources.
2. Complete the designated online application process and submit the required documents in a single PDF as instructed.
3. Include the completed application form, covering letter, attested academic and experience documents, CNIC, domicile, applicable professional registration, NOC where required, four recent passport-size photographs and fee deposit proof.
4. Provide the required references, including a reference from the current employer and at least one other reference letter.
5. Retain the original fee deposit slip and attach its copy with the application.
6. Send the completed hard-copy application package through a registered courier to the Office of the Senior Manager HR, Ayub Medical College, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad.
7. Complete both online submission and delivery of the required hard-copy documents by October 30, 2026.
8. For Pre-Auditor, create an ETEA profile and complete the required CNIC verification through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
9. Apply through ETEA between October 20 and November 5, 2026, generate the deposit slip and pay the prescribed fee.
10. Keep the original ETEA deposit slip and download the roll number slip when notified. Documents should be provided later when requested for scrutiny.
