Eligibility Criteria
Project Director applicants must have at least ten years of progressive experience in planning, implementation, supervision and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects. Proven leadership, coordination and team management skills are required. Applicants must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and have been involved in the execution, implementation and operationalization of water treatment plants. Familiarity with Government of Balochistan procurement rules and financial management, along with professional certification, will be preferred.
Deputy Program Coordinator applicants require at least 5–10 years of experience in program management or administration. Professional certifications will be preferred. Candidates must have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, technical, decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.
Financial Management Specialist applicants require at least 5–10 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, accounting and audit. Professional certifications and experience in public-sector organizations or development/donor-funded projects will be preferred. Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office are required.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel and obtain the relevant departmental NOC. The Project Director advertisement encourages female candidates to apply.
Salary
The Project Director position carries PPS-09. Deputy Program Coordinator and Financial Management Specialist positions carry PPS-08.
For the Program Implementation Unit posts, the pay package will follow the provincial policy governing appointments against project posts and the applicable SNE provision. Exact salary amounts are not stated.
Age Limit
Project Director applicants must be aged 40–62 years. Deputy Program Coordinator and Financial Management Specialist applicants must be aged 35–62 years.
Selection Process
Only shortlisted applicants for Project Director will be contacted or called for an interview. Recruitment will follow the relevant Government of Balochistan project recruitment policies.
