Retired Army NCOs or instructors holding a qualified Drill Course. Minimum five years of instructional experience in drill in a military setup or cadet college. Candidates who served at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) will be preferred.
Sports Coach (Basketball, Volleyball)
Proven record as a player or coach at national, provincial, or Army level. The advertisement specifies a minimum of three to five years of coaching experience in professional sports institutions.

Selection Process
