Daanish Schools Authority, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, has announced 28 vacancies for its Project Implementation Unit and Secretariat. The positions include National Project Director, regional Project Directors, Directors, Managers, Engineers, Accounts Officer, Auditor and other specialists. Eligible Pakistani nationals with relevant qualifications and post-qualification experience can apply. Most positions require at least 16 years of relevant education, while the Cashier position requires a bachelor’s degree and legal positions require relevant law qualifications. Eligibility Criteria and Educational Requirements

• Applicants must be Pakistani nationals and meet the requirements for their selected position.
• National Project Director requires a minimum of 16 years of education or a relevant master’s degree, with at least 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience and the specified senior management and major project experience.
• Regional Project Directors require at least 16 years of relevant education and 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including the prescribed experience managing major projects.
• Director positions generally require relevant qualifications and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with additional specialized experience specified against each post.
• Accounts Officer and Auditor require relevant accounting, finance or commerce qualifications, or the specified professional accounting credentials, with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Cashier requires a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent discipline, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Monitoring Specialist, Assistant Director IT, Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and QA/QC Engineer require relevant qualifications and at least five years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Civil Engineer and QA/QC Engineer require valid PEC registration. Architect & Design Coordinator requires valid PCATP registration and the prescribed experience.
• Secretariat Manager positions require at least 16 years of relevant education and 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including the specified specialized experience.
• Deputy Manager and Estate Officer positions require at least 16 years of relevant education and five years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Serving government, semi-government and autonomous body employees must apply through the proper channel and produce an NOC at recruitment.
• Eligibility regarding age, qualifications and experience will be determined as of the application closing date.

• Monitoring Specialist, Civil Engineer and QA/QC Engineer: PPS-8.
• Accounts Officer, Auditor, Assistant Director IT and Quantity Surveyor: PPS-7.
• Cashier: PPS-5.
• Secretariat Manager positions: OG-III / BPS-19 equivalent.
• Deputy Manager positions: OG-II / BPS-18 equivalent.
• Estate Officer: OG-I / BPS-17 equivalent.

Age Limit

• National Project Director: Minimum 45 years.
• Regional Project Directors, Director positions, Architect & Design Coordinator and Secretariat Manager positions: Minimum 35 years.
• Monitoring Specialist, Civil Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Deputy Manager positions and Estate Officer: Minimum 30 years.
• Accounts Officer, Auditor, Cashier, Assistant Director IT and Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 25 years.

• A test fee of Rs. 1,200 is required.
• Pay through the 1Link/1Bill Invoice Payment Service using the generated consumer number.
• The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Selection Process

• Recruitment will be conducted on merit.
• Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for a test and/or interview, as applicable.
• Test dates, venues and other instructions will be communicated through the ETC/HEC portal and registered contact details.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

4. Generate the fee invoice and pay Rs. 1,200 through the 1Link/1Bill Invoice Payment Service.
5. Click “Verify Online Payment” on the ETC dashboard after paying the fee.
6. Press “SUBMIT” to complete the application before 4:00 PM on the closing date, within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.
7. Ensure the application is submitted successfully; applications left in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be considered.
8. Applications submitted by hand, courier or email will not be accepted. Hard copies are required only if specifically requested by ETC/HEC.
