Eligibility Criteria

• Degrees must be obtained from an HEC-recognised university or institution.

• Experience in higher education, trusts, not-for-profit organizations or the public sector is highly preferred.
• A professional accountancy qualification is preferred; certifications in public financial management, procurement or IT/systems are an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the university’s financial management system, including the chart of accounts, policies, SOPs and internal controls.
• Lead the finance and procurement modules of the university’s ERP and develop a digital-first, paperless finance function.
• Manage budgeting, planning, treasury and endowment management.
• Ensure timely reporting, compliance, audit and risk management.
• Oversee procurement and build a high-performing finance team.

Age Limit

• Maximum 55 years.
