Experience and Other Requirements
General Manager, Engineering Support & Construction Supervision
Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience on building and infrastructure projects. Extensive experience in construction supervision, estimation, project management and contract administration of large-scale projects is required.
Manager Mechanical
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on infrastructure projects. Skills must include construction supervision, testing and QA/QC of piping/plumbing, HVAC, firefighting and water-pumping works.
Manager Electrical
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on building and infrastructure projects. Required skills include low-voltage to medium-voltage installations, QA/QC and reviewing contractor submittals.
Manager Planning
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on large infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years leading planning teams. Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, project controls and progress reporting is required.
Manager Human Resources
Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in progressively responsible HR roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Skills must include establishing HR policies and systems, merit-based recruitment, Pakistan labour laws and HRIS.
Office Manager
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in office administration, executive support or facilities coordination. Skills must include establishing office operations, executive support, and vendor and facilities management.
PEC registration is mandatory for all four engineering roles.
For Manager Human Resources, preferred qualifications include a master’s in HR Management, MBA in HR or a related field, together with SHRM, CIPD or equivalent HR certification.

Responsibilities
General Manager: Lead technical and supervisory functions for campus construction and coordinate with the Engineer, Contractor and other stakeholders.
Manager Mechanical: Supervise plumbing, HVAC, firefighting and water-pumping works during campus construction and operations.
Manager Electrical: Supervise electrical works, including low-voltage and medium-voltage installations.
Manager Planning: Lead construction planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
Manager Human Resources: Develop the university’s HR framework, policies, systems and organisational culture.
Office Manager: Oversee administration across the university’s Head Office and Project Office.

Maximum age: 55 years for all advertised roles.
