Eligibility Criteria
CEO: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least seven years as CEO or in a C-level position in a multi-company or multi-unit organization.
CEO: Demonstrated responsibility for full profit and loss, with results in revenue growth, cost control and operational turnaround. Experience leading a premier members’ club, recreational project or large hospitality/sports organization is strongly preferred.
COO: Minimum 15 years of hospitality operations experience, including at least five years in a senior role such as COO, Resident/General Manager, Director Operations or equivalent.
COO: Proven experience managing food and beverage, rooms and recreational operations in a five-star hotel, premier club or resort.
CFO: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including at least five years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
CFO: Experience in hospitality, a members’ club or a not-for-profit organization is preferred. Working experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar is required.
Head of Internal Audit: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk or assurance, including at least five years as Head of Internal Audit, Chief Internal Auditor or equivalent.
Head of Internal Audit: Audit experience in hospitality, a members’ club or a not-for-profit organization, along with ERP experience, is preferred.
