Eligibility Criteria
Research Associate applicants must have at least one year of relevant research or laboratory experience. Experience in quantum technologies, optics, lasers, electronics, instrumentation, quantum materials, condensed-matter physics, scientific computing or machine learning will be preferred, depending on the assigned research area.
Electronic Technician applicants must have at least one year of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in laboratory instrumentation, electronic circuit assembly, data-acquisition systems, optical equipment, vacuum systems or equipment interfacing.
Applicants for the PhD and MS student positions must already be enrolled in relevant programs at LUMS.
Salary
Research Associate positions are advertised at PPS-7 and the Electronic Technician position at PPS-6. Exact salary amounts and stipends for MS and PhD students are not stated.
