Eligibility Criteria and Experience
At least 12 years of experience in the public or private sector dealing with water and agriculture.
Experience must include five years of managing large-scale public-sector development projects relating to water and agriculture.
Knowledge of rules and regulations governing the preparation, financing, procurement and implementation of public-sector development projects.
Ability to prepare public-sector project proposals, including PC-I and PC-II, relating to water and agriculture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of basic IT tools for communication with stakeholders.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Analytical skills for project management and monitoring implementation.
Ability to support project monitoring and evaluation and ensure efficient use of available resources.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience implementing public-sector development projects.
