Eligibility Criteria and Job Requirements
Islamabad applicants must be residents of Islamabad Tehsil, as verified through CNIC/domicile.
Lahore applicants must be residents of Lahore Tehsil, as verified through CNIC/domicile.
Sukkur applicants must be residents of Sukkur Tehsil, as verified through CNIC/domicile.
Candidates must attach their CV, educational board certificates, and CNIC/domicile with the online application.
Selected candidates will archive old NADRA records and must scan at least 400 pages daily.
Candidates must be willing to work in any assigned morning, evening, or night shift, six days a week.
Students, women, minorities, transgender persons, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Government and semi-government employees must provide an NOC at the interview.
Selected candidates must comply with NADRA’s information security policies and maintain confidentiality of official records.
Requests for posting or transfer will not be entertained; management may assign another location according to project requirements.
Salary
Base salary: PKR 40,000 per month.
An additional incentive per scanned form will be determined by NADRA.
Age Limit
Maximum 25 years.
Five years of age relaxation is already included in the prescribed limit.
No further age relaxation will be granted.
Selection Process
Candidates must bring original educational and professional documents to the interview.
False, forged, or misleading information will result in disqualification.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets will not be allowed during the interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
NADRA may withhold or cancel recruitment or accept or reject applications at any stage.
These temporary positions do not confer entitlement to regular appointment or regularization.
Services will end automatically upon completion of the project or contract period.
