NAVTTC Jobs 2026 for Deputy Directors Posts

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) has announced Deputy Directors vacancies in BPS-18 on a deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be regular public or civil servants working in Federal or Provincial Government organizations or autonomous bodies in the same scale.
• Eligible officers include Federal and Provincial cadre or ex-cadre officers, preferably from Secretariat, Directorates, PSD, or Audit and Accounts.
• Provincial Management Service cadre officers are also eligible.
• Candidates must have at least five years of post-qualification experience.
• Contract employees, project-based employees and Tenure Track System employees are not eligible.
• Applicants must produce a departmental No Objection Certificate at the interview.

Required Experience

The advertisement lists experience in the following areas:

• Administration, management and financial management, including planning, budgeting, resource management and financial oversight.
• Project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and evaluation of projects or programmes.
• Organizational management and coordination and handling of administration or operations.
• Coordination and preparation of briefs, summaries, reports and documents.
• Handling international cooperation matters with international organizations.

Experience in the education or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector will be given preference.

Selection Process

Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates must meet the advertised requirements at the time of interview and present their departmental NOC.

Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Fake or forged documents and attempts to influence the selection process will result in disqualification. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.

NAVTTC may increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the hiring process. Submission of an application does not confer a right to appointment on deputation.
