Qualifications and Experience
The Finance Director position requires at least five years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting or auditing. Candidates must also have at least three years in a senior financial leadership role, or five years as Deputy Treasurer, Deputy Director Finance or an equivalent position. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or CFA will be preferred. The age limit is 40–55 years.
The Medical Director position requires a recognized basic medical qualification and relevant specialist postgraduate credentials. Applicants must have at least ten years of post-fellowship experience, including five years in a clinical leadership role, and at least ten qualifying research publications. The age limit is 40–65 years.
Senior Consultant, Consultant and Junior Consultant applicants must possess the relevant medical or dental qualification and recognized specialist credentials prescribed for their discipline. Experience and research publication requirements differ by position.
Technologist positions require relevant bachelor’s degrees and at least one year of experience. Technician positions require relevant diplomas from Punjab Medical Faculty and two years of relevant experience.
Manager Infection Control and Blood Bank Officer positions require relevant recognized medical qualifications and two years of experience. The Transport Officer role requires a relevant intermediate/diploma/certification qualification and three years of experience.

Domicile, Age and Contract Conditions
