PEIMA Jobs 2026 for Director, Chief Audit Officer and Assistant Director Posts
Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has announced six vacancies for Directors, a Chief Audit Officer and an Assistant Director. PEIMA is an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of Punjab, working to provide quality education across the province. These appointments will be made on a contract basis with lump-sum monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 225,000 to Rs. 750,000. Candidates must possess the relevant educational qualifications and three to ten years of experience, depending on the position. The advertised age limits range from 25 to 55 years across the different posts. Eligible candidates must apply online through the Punjab Job Portal by 26 October 2026.

Director (Partnership & Collaboration)
At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience, including three years at a senior level, covering resource mobilization, fundraising, institutional partnerships, communications and donor reporting
Director (Academics & Research)
At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience, including three years at a senior level, covering research, curriculum design, educational standards, teacher development, academic quality assurance and policy analysis
Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)
At least 10 years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience, including three years at a senior level, covering monitoring and evaluation frameworks, KPIs, data systems, impact evaluations and reporting
Chief Audit Officer
At least five years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience, particularly in internal audit, risk management, compliance, financial controls and audit reporting
Assistant Director (Training & QAT)
At least three years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience organizing training workshops, maintaining training records, developing training materials and compiling reports
Qualifications must be from HEC-recognized national or foreign institutions.
MPhil or PhD holders in the relevant subjects will receive preference for Director and Assistant Director positions.
Relevant experience with government agencies, NGOs and international or domestic organizations, together with knowledge of the education sector, will be preferred where specified.
Degree and qualification equivalence will be considered according to HEC notifications.

Applications submitted without proof of fee payment will be rejected.
Selection and General Conditions
Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test and/or interview.
Government, semi-government, autonomous-body and public-sector employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC where applicable.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.
Late or incomplete applications and applications lacking required documents will not be entertained.
Vague, false, forged or misleading information, or attempts to influence recruitment, will result in disqualification and may lead to legal proceedings.
PEIMA may increase or decrease vacancies, cancel or withdraw positions, or stop recruitment at any stage.
