Eligibility Criteria
Deputy Director Development applicants must have five years of relevant experience in large public or private sector organizations.
Assistant Director Development applicants must have three years of relevant experience in large public or private sector organizations.
Female, transgender, and differently abled candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel.
Salary and Age Limit
The Deputy Director Development position offers a monthly salary package of Rs. 218,250, with an age bracket of 25–40 years.
The Assistant Director Development position offers a monthly salary package of Rs. 135,500, with an age bracket of 24–34 years.
Age relaxation will be granted according to PLRA rules and policy.
Selection Process
PLRA may conduct a screening test for shortlisted candidates. If a screening test is held, only candidates who qualify will be called for an interview.
