Eligibility Criteria
Senior Manager applicants need at least 10 years of experience in operations and management, institutional strengthening, project development and appraisal, financial oversight, project and performance management, and monitoring and evaluation of government-funded or donor-funded projects.
Project Executive applicants need at least 10 years of experience, including eight years in mechanized silage production, fodder management, and farm operations in reputed private, multinational, or semi-government organizations.
Manager Agriculture applicants need at least five years of experience in crop planning, fodder production, irrigation management, mechanized farming, soil fertility management, and large-scale agricultural operations.
Dairy Manager applicants need at least five years of experience in dairy herd and reproductive management, vaccination protocols, disease control, milk production optimization, and farm biosecurity at large commercial or institutional farms.
Admin Manager & Security applicants require at least five years of relevant experience. Both Assistant Manager categories require at least three years of relevant experience.
Agriculture Officer applicants need at least two years of experience in fodder production, irrigation management, soil fertility management, and large-scale agricultural operations. Veterinary Officer applicants need at least two years of relevant experience in dairy herd management at commercial or institutional farms.
IT Officer, Store Officer, Data Entry Operator, and Record Keeper applicants each require at least two years of relevant experience in public or private sector organizations.
Higher qualifications and relevant public sector company experience will be an added advantage for the posts where specified in the advertisement.
Age Limit
The maximum age is 60 years for Senior Manager, Project Executive, Manager Agriculture, Dairy Manager, and Admin Manager & Security.
The maximum age is 45 years for both Assistant Manager categories, Agriculture Officer, Veterinary Officer, IT Officer, and Store Officer.
Data Entry Operator and Record Keeper applicants must be no older than 40 years.
Salary and Selection Process
PLDDB will offer market-based competitive salary packages according to qualifications and experience. Exact salary amounts are not specified.
