Eligibility Criteria and Education Requirements
- Chief Operating Officer (Operations): Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Public Policy, or BSc Engineering with a master’s degree in Business Administration. Candidates must have 10 years of relevant experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance, infrastructure development or engineering projects, including five years in similar projects or assignments. For engineering graduates, general experience will be counted from completion of the engineering degree.
- Senior Manager Procurement: Master’s degree in Procurement and Contracts Management, Business Administration or Project Management, or BSc Engineering. Applicants must have eight years of relevant experience in procurement, bid administration or related matters, including four years in similar projects or assignments.
- GIS Specialist: Master’s degree in GIS or Space Sciences with eight years of relevant experience in GIS mapping, MIS, database administration or related work, including four years in similar projects or assignments.
- Assistant Manager Programming: BS/BSc in Computer Science, IT or MIS with three years of relevant experience in computer programming, ICT or related work.
All degrees must be from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Salary
The advertised positions carry the following pay scales:
- Chief Operating Officer (Operations): PPS-11.
- Senior Manager Procurement: PPS-10.
- GIS Specialist: PPS-09.
- Assistant Manager Programming: PPS-07.
