Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Procurement & Contracts): At least seven years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector.
Manager applicants must have experience in procurement of goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services, and contract management involving donor-funded programmes/projects and PPRA rules.
Manager applicants must have in-depth knowledge of government and donor procurement rules and guidelines, along with an understanding of procurement cycle management.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: At least five years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer applicants must have experience in developing monitoring frameworks, sampling design, data collection and analysis, assessments, reporting, and gap analysis/corrective measures.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer applicants must demonstrate experience in writing reports involving quantitative analysis.
Salary
Appointments will be made on a Project Pay Scale basis.
