SIFC Division Jobs 2026 for 2 Manager and Research Associate Posts

Eligibility Criteria
Manager applicants must have at least eight years of post-qualification experience, including two years in a lead role involving HR, coordination, protocol and project handling, execution or preparation.
Manager applicants must demonstrate proficiency in public/private-sector working and excellent communication and writing skills for preparing government/HR summaries, presentations and reports.
Research Associate applicants should preferably have three years of post-qualification experience in the related field.
Research Associate applicants must have knowledge of public/private-sector working and good communication, analytical and writing skills for preparing financial documentation, papers, summaries, presentations and analytical reports.
Qualifications must be obtained from recognised local or foreign universities/institutes and duly verified by HEC Pakistan.
Government employees, serving or retired, must apply through proper channels and attach copies of NOCs from their parent department.
Salary
Manager (HR & Coord / Protocol): PPS-10.
Research Associate: PPS-07.
