Thal University Bhakkar Jobs 2026 Recruitment for Registrar, Treasurer and Controller of Examinations

Thal University Bhakkar has announced three statutory vacancies for Registrar, Treasurer and Controller of Examinations under Advertisement No. 02/2026. Pakistani nationals holding Punjab domicile can apply for these BS-20 positions. Each appointment will be made on a three-year contract, with an age requirement of 40 to 50 years. Eligibility Criteria and Experience

For Registrar and Controller of Examinations, applicants must meet one of the following qualification and experience combinations:

• Ph.D. in any discipline or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, with eight years of post-qualification teaching, administrative or professional experience.
• MS or M.Phil. with second division in any discipline or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, with 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Master’s degree or BS with second division in any discipline or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, with 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

The required experience must be in an HEC-recognized public or private institute or university, or a public-sector organization.

For Treasurer, applicants must meet one of these requirements:

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics, or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, with eight years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• MS or M.Phil. with second division in one of these disciplines, or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, with 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• MBA in Finance, M.Com., ACCA, ACMA or M.Sc. in Economics with second division, as specified in the advertisement, or an equivalent qualification, with 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Higher qualifications and relevant experience will be preferred under the recruitment policy. Age relaxation may be granted by the competent authority according to policy. Qualifying service in government, public-sector universities or Pakistan’s armed forces will be excluded when calculating the upper age limit.

3. Pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000 for each online application using the system-generated bank challan in favour of Treasurer, Thal University Bhakkar.
4. Upload the paid challan and check all application information before the online deadline.
5. Prepare two hard copies of the application dossier using the prescribed form, signed and complete, with the necessary documents and two photographs attached.
6. Send the dossiers to the Office of the Registrar, Thal University Bhakkar, Bhakkar-30000, Punjab, Pakistan, to arrive by October 15, 2026, before 4:00 PM.

Applications without the required fee deposit receipt will not be entertained, and applications will not be received by hand. Candidates employed in government, semi-government or autonomous bodies must bring an original employer-issued NOC at the interview.

Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be paid. The university may change the number of positions, withdraw a vacancy or reject applications under the conditions stated in the advertisement.
