Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Pakistani citizens with Punjab domicile. Eligibility for Assistant Professor and Lecturer positions will be assessed under HEC faculty appointment criteria. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for engineering disciplines.
Teaching Fellow applicants must hold an 18-year Master’s or MPhil degree in the relevant discipline, with at least 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA in the semester system or 73% marks in the annual system. They must also have achieved the same minimum CGPA or percentage in their bachelor’s degree. The qualifications must be from programmes accredited by PEC or an HEC-recognized or constituted relevant authority.
Teaching Assistant applicants must hold a relevant 16-year bachelor’s degree with at least 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA or 73% marks under the corresponding system. The programme must meet the recognition or accreditation requirements stated in the advertisement.
Salary and Application Fee
Assistant Professors will be appointed on a BS-19 contract, while Lecturers will be appointed on a BS-18 contract. The monthly stipend is Rs. 75,000 for Teaching Fellows and Rs. 50,000 for Teaching Assistants.
