UET Mardan Jobs 2026 for Deputy Director Finance Post

University of Engineering and Technology Mardan has announced one regular vacancy for Deputy Director Finance in BPS-18 under Advertisement No. 15/2026. Applicants must hold a first-division bachelor’s degree representing 16 years of education in a relevant discipline or a Chartered Accountant qualification. Seven years of relevant experience in accounts, finance and audit, or financial management at BPS-17 or equivalent is required. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have seven years of relevant experience in accounts, finance and audit, or financial management in a university, government department, or autonomous statutory organization at BPS-17 or equivalent.

Experience must be supported by a certificate issued by the relevant HR, Establishment, or equivalent section. In-service applicants must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC from their department or organization.

Foreign qualifications require the relevant HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate before the closing date. Qualifications issued in languages other than English must be accompanied by an officially verified English translation.

Eligibility will be assessed as of the closing date for ETEA applications.

Age Limit

The maximum age is 38 years. Age relaxation may be considered according to government rules on a case-by-case basis.

Application Fee

Candidates must pay the prescribed non-refundable ETEA screening test fee through OneLink. The advertisement does not specify the test fee amount.

After qualifying the ETEA test, candidates must deposit a university processing fee of Rs. 2,000 in the following account:

Candidates who previously applied for the same post under Advertisement No. 05/2026 must apply afresh through ETEA and submit a fresh university application after qualifying. They are exempt from paying the Rs. 2,000 university processing fee again.

Selection Process

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to take the ETEA screening test based on their submitted credentials. Detailed eligibility scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority.

ETEA will notify candidates by SMS to download their roll-number slips. The test date, time, and venue will appear on the slip. No separate screening-test call letter will be sent by post or courier.

Only eligible shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview. Original documents will be required, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

How to Apply

1. Create a profile at www.etea.edu.pk.
2. Print the E-Sahulat token and verify your CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before depositing the test fee.
3. Complete the online application by October 20, 2026.
4. Generate the deposit slip and pay the prescribed test fee through OneLink. Retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip.
5. No documents need to be sent to ETEA after online submission.
6. After qualifying the test, obtain the university application form from www.uetmardan.edu.pk.
7. Submit the completed form, attested educational documents, transcripts/DMCs, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, one recent photograph, and processing-fee proof to the Office of the Registrar, UET Mardan, within 15 days of notification of results.
8. Include your postal address, contact numbers, valid email address, and NOC where applicable.
