Eligibility Criteria and Selection
Female candidates must hold Pakistani nationality and meet the education, experience and age requirements. Applicants should be prepared to serve at any WAPDA project in Pakistan.
Preference will be given to candidates with Lady Searcher experience in government or semi-government organizations or WAPDA. All candidates will initially undergo a written test, and successful applicants will be called for an interview.
Appointment will be subject to a one-year probation period. Unsatisfactory performance during probation, or failure to complete the prescribed training, may result in termination of service.
