Eligibility and Experience Requirements
The Head Corporate & Service Law Matter Department position requires at least ten years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include assessing legal risks, preparing legal documentation, advising the bank on corporate and service matters, overseeing employee-related cases and coordinating litigation.
The Unit Head Settlement position requires at least eight years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with law enforcement agencies. The role involves managing litigation matters, supervising recovery and settlement cases, coordinating with legal and administrative authorities and improving recovery processes. This position is advertised for Islamabad/Lahore.
The Head NPL Monitoring position requires at least ten years of experience in a bank or financial institution. Responsibilities include monitoring overdue accounts, initiating recovery action, developing strategies for overdue infected portfolios, supervising recovery teams and coordinating legal recovery cases.
The Money Market Settlement Officer positions require at least three years of settlement experience. Duties include settling and accounting for treasury money market deals, handling RTGS and Raast activities, reconciling bank accounts, processing regulatory reporting and coordinating NIFT clearing. Both vacancies are in Karachi.
Age Limit and General Conditions
The maximum age is 50 years for VP-I/VP and AVP-I/AVP positions, and 40 years for OG-II/OG-I positions. Age will be calculated as of the application closing date.
