GEPCO Jobs 2026 for Junior Engineers and Assistant Managers Posts
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) is hiring for five BPS-17 posts under the Balochistan quota. The vacancies include two Junior Engineer (Electrical) / SDO posts and one post each in Customer Services / Revenue, Material Management and MIS/IT. Applicants need 16 years of education in a relevant discipline and a valid Balochistan domicile. Junior Engineer candidates also need Pakistan Engineering Council registration. Appointments are on an initial three-year contract with a lump-sum pay package, and selected candidates will serve within GEPCO’s jurisdiction. BE or BS in Electrical Engineering (Power or Electronics) from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 60% marks or a 2.5 CGPA. PEC registration is required.
MBA, M.Com, MSc in Computer Sciences, or MSc or MA in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics. At least two first divisions are required in the applicant’s academic career.
Assistant Manager (Material Management) (BPS-17)

Salary
All posts are classified as BPS-17 and carry a lump-sum contract pay package. The salary amount is Not Given.
Age Limit
The age range for all posts is 21 to 33 years, including five years of general age relaxation.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Buddhist candidates are eligible for three additional years of relaxation.
Government, WAPDA and DISCO employees with at least two years of continuous service by the closing date may apply up to age 43.
Application Fee
Applicants pay Rs. 270 per application. GEPCO covers the remaining Rs. 270 of the Rs. 540 test fee.
Payment can be made through 1Link 1Bill participating banks, ATMs, internet or mobile banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash or TCS Express Counters.
Selection Process
Eligible applicants will sit a written test conducted by NTS. Candidates shortlisted on merit will be called for an interview.
Candidates must present original documents and one set of attested photocopies at the interview or when joining.
Character and background clearance is mandatory. No travel or daily allowance will be paid for attending the test or interview.
How to Apply
Open the GEPCO application form on the NTS website and select the relevant post.
Complete the online form and pay the Rs. 270 test fee through an accepted payment channel. Submit a separate form for each post you apply for.
Submit the application online by 11:59:59 p.m. on 23 November 2026. Applications submitted by hand or courier will not be accepted.
Check the NTS website for the test schedule and roll number slip. NTS will upload the slip at least one week before the test and notify candidates by email and SMS.
