Eligibility and Experience
Monitoring Associate candidates need three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, field monitoring or development project implementation in the public or private sector. They also need experience in data collection, reporting, documentation and site inspections, along with proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, STATA or relevant software.
Office Boy candidates need one year of work experience in an office environment.
Driver candidates need two years of driving experience and a valid LTV licence. Retired drivers in good health are also eligible if they meet the requirements.
